Work Orders 
The Work Orders system is tightly integrated with our Utility Billing system for easy creation of work orders. Current information from the Utility Billing system such as meter location, meter type, serial number, last meter reading, read date, and all of the essential customer information is automatically passed to and printed on the work orders. Work orders are tracked and maintained within the software, and hard copies can be reprinted on demand. Various reports provide important information concerning the work orders, such as which work orders are still open, and the work order history for any of your accounts.
Dexatrack
DEXATRACK is a web-based software application offering a unique opportunity to maximize efficiency for tracking, scheduling and management of work processes, and was designed specifically for municipalities, county governments and utility operators in mind. DEXATRACK requires virtually no additional IT resources, features custom Utility Billing Integration with SSI Software, and provides immediate and increased accountability via customizable reporting. DEXATRACK is offered by SSI in partnership with Go Concepts, Inc.
Online Utility Inquiry and Payment
This secure web application allows a utility customer to view the past utility billing information, such as usage history and payment history, and to pay their current bill. In addition, the customer can have their utility bills emailed to them each month in lieu of a paper bill. The system can also remember their credit card information for rapid bill payment each month.
