Brenda Farley its 2005 Employee of the Year

Software Solutions, Inc announced at the quarterly company meeting that their management team selected Brenda Farley as 2005 Employee of the year. Brenda received the award in recognition of the outstanding support that she provides to SSI's customers and the many compliments that she has received from these customers.
Farley a resident of Waynesville, has been an SSI employee since 1999 providing phone support to customers, testing new program releases and participating in user group meetings.
Terry Moore, President of SSI in presenting the award said, “Brenda is a true customer support professional. She is truly admired by our customers for her pleasant demeanor, outstanding product knowledge, and for her follow up skills. She has had a significant impact on helping SSI attain outstanding customer satisfaction ratings on our annual survey.”
In addition to a monetary award, Farley also receives one week accommodations at her choice of 1700 different resorts.
