Geographic Information System 
SSI now offers an interface from its utility billing system to ESRI's ArcView Geographic Information System (GIS). This interface applies the power of GIS to SSI’s utility billing, work orders and reporting. Using this interface, you can view utility information spatially and produce reports containing billing information, such as usage, with corresponding data from your GIS database.
ESRI’s ArcView can be launched from either a customer account or a work order in SSI’s Utility Billing System. From ESRI, you can launch your SSI Software and request data, i.e. usage, delinquencies, etc., which will then be represented on the GIS map.
