Customer Software Trainer
Software Solutions, Inc., a growing employee owned customer focused company providing accounting and related business software to non-profit and utility organizations, has an opportunity for a customer trainer. This person will provide on site and classroom training to new and existing customers. This position requires travel throughout the mid-west states. This position requires excellent communication and computer skills. Knowledge of business and/or governmental accounting, PC software, and previous customer training experience is a plus. Governmental Accounting Support Representative
Software Solutions, Inc., a growing, employee-owned customer focused company providing accounting and related business software to government and non-profit organizations, has an opportunity for a customer support representative. The person selected for this position will use their knowledge of governmental accounting and communication skills to handle incoming phone calls from users of our financial software. THIS POSITION REQUIRES KNOWLEDGE OF GOVERNMENTAL ACCOUNTING. PC software and previous software support help desk experience is a plus.
